How To Get More Power Out Of Your Can-Am Or Polaris
More horsepower and sharper throttle response are within reach on most Maverick and RZR platforms — done properly, it's usable, not just a bigger number.
Where The Power Comes From
On turbo platforms — Maverick R, X3, RZR Turbo S — EVP tuning is usually the biggest single gain: fuelling, boost and timing adjusted to safely unlock what's already there. Naturally aspirated machines like the XP 1000 see smaller gains from tuning alone, so throttle mapping and bolt-ons matter more.
Throttle Response vs. Horsepower
Not everyone wants a bigger top-end number — a lot of riders just want the buggy to respond crisper off idle. Tell us which one you're after.
Power Needs A Chassis That Can Use It
Extra power loads the suspension and drivetrain harder, especially out of corners. We'll check your suspension setup alongside any power upgrade — no point being faster if you can't put it down.
A Few Things To Check
Fuel quality, cooling and intake all interact with tuning, especially on hot dusty days. Still under manufacturer warranty? Ask us how tuning might interact with that before committing.
